The Dice formula

Shuffle Dice pays 0.99 ÷ win chance. At 50%, fair odds would be 2x; with the 1% edge you get 1.98x. At 49.5% you get exactly 2x. The 0.99 never changes, which is why every setting has the same 1% edge.

Worked example

You roll $10 at a 25% win chance. Multiplier: 0.99 ÷ 0.25 = 3.96x. A win pays $39.60, so $29.60 of profit, and you can expect to win one roll in four. Over many rolls you lose about 1% of what you wager: $0.10 per $10 roll on average.

Dice, XP and rakeback

Dice is the classic wagering game: 1 XP per $1, and 0.05% of wager back as rakeback. Want to know how much Dice it takes to reach a level? Use the VIP calculator, then multiply the wager by 1% to see the expected cost of the climb (minus 5% of that as rakeback).

FAQ

+What is the house edge on Shuffle Dice?

1%. Shuffle's Dice page gives the payout as 0.99 divided by the win chance.

+What is the highest Dice multiplier?

9,900x, at a 0.01% win chance, according to the official game page. Max bet is $20,000 and max win per bet $250,000.

+Is there a Dice strategy that beats the edge?

No. Every win chance carries the same 1% edge, and betting systems like Martingale only reshape your results; they cannot change the expected loss of each roll.

+Why use Dice for wagering?

Because it is one of the cheapest games per dollar wagered (1% edge), many players use it to build XP. The cost is still real: $10,000 of Dice has an expected loss of about $100.
